SG (B) 10 is a DuPont Nomex paper-based insulation system. Excellent electrical and mechanical properties are maintained throughout the life of the transformer. NOMEX is not easy to aging, anti-shrinkage and compression resistance, and strong elasticity, so it can ensure that the transformer remains tightly structured even after years of use, and can withstand the short circuit pressure.
SG10 transformer has no flammable resin, does not support combustion during use, can be flame retardant, will not explode and release toxic gases, will not cause harm to the environment, other equipment and human bodies, and is not sensitive to humidity, dust and pollution; there is no local operation Discharge and never "crack".
Both high and low voltage coils are made of Nomex insulation material, and are impregnated with H-level solvent-free impregnated varnish several times by VPI vacuum pressurization equipment, and cured by high temperature baking. The product is H-class (180 ℃), and the main insulation material is C-class (220 ℃). It has strong overload capacity and good short-circuit resistance. Under good ventilation conditions, allow 20％ overload operation.

Advanced detection, test, temperature control system
Before leaving the factory, strict test inspection is performed according to the requirements of national standards GB1094.11-2007 and JB / T501-2006, and the partial discharge test is listed as the factory test item.
The temperature measurement device uses an advanced dry-type transformer temperature controller, which reflects the temperature of the winding by changing the resistance value of platinum thermal resistance embedded in the three-phase low-voltage winding. Integrate specific temperature, with functions such as over-temperature alarm, over-temperature trip, and three-phase temperature circuit display.
