ELE series SF6 gas insulated loop network switchgear fully introduced European advanced production equipment and manufacturing technology to achieve local manufacturing, greatly reduced manufacturing costs and shortened the delivery cycle. 1) Safe full insulation, fully sealed design
The one time live parts of the ELE series switchgear, that is, the moving parts of the busbar and the high-voltage switch are sealed in the SF6 air box welded by the stainless steel plate; the ELE series switchgear is equipped with the splicing sleeve according to DIN 47636 standard. It can be connected to the cable through a fully insulated, fully sealed, fully shielded detachable connector (cable connector) with the gas tank protection rating of IP67. The components outside the air box are specially designed and surface treatment to provide short-term flood protection and anti-condensation function.
2) Standard modular design
It include load switch unit modules C and N, load switch + fuse combination electric unit module T, circuit breaker unit modules V and Vo, section switch unit module S, D, Vs, Vo of each line, metering unit module M, bus PT unit module P, cable feeder unit module B, etc., and different modules can be combined to form a common box type SFs loop network cabinet.
3) Flexible and expandable design
ELE series switchgear can be combined into a common box type non-expandable fixed type SF6 loop network cabinet (ELE-F) by various standard modules. It is also possible to design different module combinations into an expandable unit (ELE-E), or to design a single module into an expandable unit module. Through a dedicated busbar continuum, a variety of unit combinations are realized, which meets the complex and diverse design schemes for self-power supply in all parts of China.
